What is LifePass?

LifePass is a wellness pass for Iceland. It gives travelers and locals access to partner gyms, yoga studios, pools, spas, lagoons, and wellness venues through one credit-based account.

How does LifePass work?

Pick a membership or visitor package, browse participating venues, then use credits for check-ins or bookings. The credits needed depend on the venue and activity.

Where is LifePass available?

LifePass is focused on Iceland, with venues across the capital area and selected regions around the country. New partners are added as venue onboarding is completed.

Credits & Payments

How do credits work?

Credits unlock access at partner venues. A simple walk-in is usually fewer credits than a premium spa or pre-booked activity. You can see the price before you use a venue.

What is the difference between visitor packages and memberships?

Visitor packages are one-time purchases for short stays. Monthly memberships renew every month and are designed for locals or frequent users who want recurring access.

Can I get a refund?

Visitor packages are not refundable after purchase. Memberships follow the LifePass terms, including the minimum commitment shown at checkout.

Check-ins & Booking

How many times can I check in per day?

Daily check-in limits depend on your plan. Smaller plans are intended for occasional use, while larger plans support more frequent access.

Do I need to book in advance?

It depends on the venue. Some venues support walk-in access, while others require a reservation. Venue pages show the available access method.

Can I cancel a booking?

Cancellation rules are set by each venue. If cancellation is allowed and completed within the venue's deadline, the related credits can be returned according to the booking policy.

Account & Sharing

Can I share my account?

No. Each LifePass account is personal. Venues need to know who is using the facility for access, safety, and insurance reasons.

Can couples or families use one pass?

Each person needs their own LifePass account. This keeps check-ins accurate and makes venue access clear for staff.

Can I update my account information?

Yes. You can update your personal details from your profile once account management is available in the app.

Venues & Access

What is a luxury venue?

Luxury venues are premium experiences such as geothermal lagoons, spas, and higher-cost wellness locations. They may require more credits or a plan that includes luxury access.

How do I know what a venue costs?

Each venue page shows the credit cost before you book or check in. Pricing can vary by activity, time, and partner rules.

Security & Support

Are payments secure?

Payments are handled by a payment provider. LifePass does not store your full card number.

How do I contact support?
